Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for your services for gem. Please take you shingles serious - I had it while skiing in Engadin and luckily it was not so bad on my back but I still feel it when having stress. And I know that my body and more my mind needs to rest. I went for a vaccine for shingles the other day as I don’t want it again.

I am not a Dr. - however - perhaps a shingle shot might stop it from returning - as I recall - I did have a mild case - got one shot which was followed by a 2nd one - don't recall the time frame on that one !! Anyway - how rotten to have all this after enjoying time with friends after a very stressful GEM time! All the best - Mary Dearborn

Thank you for sharing your journeys. I enjoy reading and seeing your photos.

I wondered if that was shingles when you mentioned the jawline. That is exactly where I had it years ago. Every once in a while

it will feel “tingly” in that spot.

Glad it seems to be a mild case.

Dear India,.gadfly.squarespace.com whose vision and purpose is to provide drawing paper and art materials to all children worldwide from their earliest years in perpetuity. All work for sale by donation and all the money goes to children. Respect the mysticism of children. So far the human race has treated it's youngest members in so random a fashion that it is not surprising that the world is in such chaos, relatively speaking. Amen. Thank you, Julia Whatley.
