Honestly India… good intentions do indeed come with perils! Made once again a great story! ❤️

Oh, I loved this post. It made me think of my own relationship with my dad, and the present disasters along the way. 'I'll make gnocchi, how hard can it be?' cried my fifteen-year-old self. A flour-covered kitchen and hard, inedible nuggets later, and we went to the farm shop for sausages and a home barbeque. I persevered, and while gnocchi remain something of a nemesis for me, I will be cooking him a six-course tasting menu this Sunday, complete with his favourites, and a high chance of flour flying as I attempt beignets for the first time.
